For a temporary sick leave replacement, we are looking for an engaged personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, as a Social Worker FH/HF 20-70 % Do you want to support people in challenging life situations in a concrete and solution-oriented manner? Your task • You accompany our clients with social, administrative, and social insurance law issues. • You support them with financial, professional, and housing-related topics. • You coordinate cooperation with municipalities, social services, authorities, and other specialist centers. • You organize follow-up solutions and further support offers. • You document your work carefully and take on the associated administrative tasks. • You work closely with the management and the interdisciplinary treatment team. • You provide pragmatic support where there is currently a need in the varied everyday routine. What you bring with you • An education in Social Work FH/HF or a comparable qualification. • Joy in direct contact with people and in a versatile working everyday life. • An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. • Confidence or interest in dealing with authorities and social institutions. • The readiness to quickly familiarize yourself with existing cases and processes. • Interest in working with people with addiction diseases and complex life situations. • A clear, resource-oriented attitude as well as flexibility, initiative, and humor. Experience in the addiction sector is an advantage, but not a requirement. More important to us is that you maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment and develop sustainable solutions together with those involved.
