Your tasks: {#h-ihre-aufgaben}

• Organization and execution of outpatient operations in the specialist fields of orthopedics, gynecology, urology, dermatology, and ENT
• Preparation and post-preparation of the operating rooms with appropriate equipment for minimally invasive and gentle procedures
• Ensuring the sterile working environment as well as compliance with all hygienic and aseptic standards
• Close cooperation with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure a smooth surgical process
• Patient care before and after outpatient procedures, including information about postoperative measures
• Documentation and recording of all relevant surgical data as well as optimization of the material and ordering processes for the OR area

Your profile: {#h-ihr-profil}

• Completed training as Operating Room Specialist HF or Dipl. Nurse FA OP with SRK recognition
• Experience in outpatient surgery or in an interdisciplinary surgical center is an advantage
• High level of personal responsibility, independent way of working, and strong organizational talent
• Patient-oriented, empathetic communication and confident appearance
• Enjoyment of regular working hours without night and weekend shifts
• Very good German skills, further language skills are a plus
