Your tasks

• You take over the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of our emergency station in Langnau and are co-responsible for the quality and development of nursing
• In doing so, you guarantee professional, safe, and patient-oriented nursing according to the nursing mission statement of Spital Emmentals as well as the Skill- and Grademix concept
• You are (co-)responsible for the staffing plan and the recruitment of new employees in your area, ensure personnel development, and adhere to the department budget
• You guarantee customer-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation and regularly work in daily operations
• In addition, you organize, coordinate, and structure the relevant processes in a resource-oriented manner

Your profile

• You are a dipl. nursing professional (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) with additional training as NDS emergency nursing and possess several years of professional experience in acute care as well as management further education or the willingness to complete such
• Ideally, you bring leadership experience in a comparable function
• You are a committed, proactive, and open personality with strong professional and social competence, who succeeds in inspiring, motivating, and strengthening employees
• In doing so, you encounter people with respect and appreciation and the well-being of the patients is at the center of your work
• You carry out your profession with joy, enjoy working in a team, think and act in a networked as well as service-oriented manner
• You approach conflicts in a solution-oriented manner and promote the individual responsibility of your employees
• Business-oriented and solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured and organized way of working round off your profile
