Your Tasks

You are in the middle of the action and hold everything together:

• You organize and triage the consultation hours and ensure a smooth process
• You are the first point of contact at the reception and on the phone: friendly, clear, and solution-oriented
• You care for patients professionally, e.g., ECG, vital signs, blood collection, injections, and infusions
• You prepare billing and reliably take on administrative tasks
• You actively contribute when we further develop processes and projects to make the practice even better

Your Profile – professionally skilled and personally convincing

• Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• You enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility in everyday life
• You are organized, digitally fit, and comfortable with billing
• You remain calm, friendly, and professional even in lively moments
• A portion of humor and down-to-earthness fits well with us
