Sought Profile With a solid initial training in cuisine, your career has led you to exercise for several years a function of Executive Chef or Sous-Chef Executive within high-end or luxury hotel establishments. Accustomed to evolving in demanding environments and managing important volumes of activity, you master both operational and financial aspects related to the management of a kitchen department. Passionate about your profession, you possess a true sensitivity for gastronomy, new culinary trends, and innovation. Recognized as a natural leader, you know how to develop your collaborators, create a positive dynamic within your teams, and accompany them towards ambitious objectives. Endowed with excellent organizational and relational capacities, you are also familiar with usual computer tools and performance indicator management. Mastery of French is essential, while good knowledge of English will be a definite advantage for this function.
