Responsibility as a Key User for the K2-Workflow-Microsoft-System including support, advice and training of the HR administrations of the foreign companies in dealing with the K2 workflows. Participation in HR projects as well as contributing to the introduction and further development of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems. Supervision of the commercial apprentices in the HR area as well as continuous optimization of HR processes. Your profile Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as an HR Assistant or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally in an industrial company. Experience with HR systems as well as high IT affinity; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or Microsoft-based workflow solutions is an advantage.
