For our client, a clinic based in Luzern, we are looking for, by arrangement, a: Deputy Ward Manager Postpartum 80 - 100% ### Your area of responsibility: • You support the ward management in technical, personnel, and organizational matters • You take over responsibility in the absence of the ward management • You are present in everyday nursing practice, support your team technically, and accompany employees as well as trainees • You recognize development and optimization potential and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes • You help shape the future of nursing, also in close cooperation with the delivery room Your qualifications: • Completed Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH (DNII, AKP) with several years of experience in postpartum care • You have leadership training or the willingness to complete it • You work in a structured manner, think in networks, and bring business understanding • You are resilient, responsible, and have strong communication skills • With your appreciative manner, you succeed in leading and inspiring employees, female patients, male patients, as well as female doctors and male doctors at eye level Your place of work: • Luzern Your entry: • By arrangement
