An exciting opportunity to join PureGym as a facilities technician!
Our facilities management team ensures every day that PureGym clubs throughout Switzerland are safe, operational and ready to welcome members. Working closely with club management, our internal colleagues and our external providers, we coordinate maintenance, repairs, compliance activities and continuous improvements within a rapidly expanding national portfolio of clubs. As a facilities management technician, you will be a key member of the field team, mainly based in Romandie and regularly performing missions in French-speaking Switzerland. This position involves daily travel between the different clubs.
As a maintenance technician, you will provide technical support in the field to PureGym clubs, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland and partly in German-speaking Switzerland, ensuring that facilities are safe, functional and well-maintained through repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections and technical troubleshooting.
Your main responsibilities:
Perform minor repairs on fitness equipment, doors, sanitary facilities, furniture, changing rooms, showers and common areas of the clubs
Perform preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting and regular club inspections
Process and update work orders in the digital ticketing management system (ServiceChannel)
Identify defects and report recurring or critical safety issues
Inspect and record the condition of portable electrical appliances after having followed adequate training and obtained the necessary authorization
Participate in checks relating to water hygiene, emergency lighting, fire safety, emergency exits and operational safety
Coordinate visits from small providers and verify the work carried out on site
Provide support during new openings, renovations, technical recommissions and small-scale projects
Transport tools, spare parts and small equipment from one club to another
Responsibly maintain the company vehicle, tools, testing devices and stocks
