Responsibilities ###

• Welcoming patients and managing telephone calls.
• Planning and managing medical appointments.
• Administrative management of patient files and new requests
• Coordination with doctors and other members of the medical team.
• Invoicing and monitoring of payments.
• Assistance in the daily management of the medical center.
• Organization of training courses
• Management of payroll slips
• Help with patient follow-up

Qualifications ###

• Recognized training as a commercial employee, medical assistant or medical secretary.
• Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in the medical field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in common IT tools and TARDOC invoicing (MS Office, Medionline).
• Excellent command of French
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and sense of welcoming.
