Looking for our future colleague for our Team Admin' 80-100%

You are organized, autonomous, comfortable with people and you like it when days are not alike? Then, you could well be the person we are looking for! Our architecture office, based in Verbier and Martigny and active for 25 years, is looking to complete its team with a person who loves well-organized files as much as exchanges with clients and teams.

On a daily basis, you will-

• Manage emails, mail and telephone calls
• Welcome clients and visitors with a smile
• Ensure the daily administrative management of the office
• Give a hand in the organization of various projects
• Be somewhat the person who knows where to find what and whom to contact when necessary

Profile description ##

What we are looking for in you

• A CFC in commerce employee or an equivalent training
• You are organized, rigorous, but you also know how to adapt when priorities change
• You are autonomous and you are not afraid to take charge of things
• You are comfortable with IT tools, notably Microsoft Office
• You perfectly master French, both written and spoken
• You manage in English? Even better!
• A first experience in architecture or construction is a plus, but not indispensable
