A warm welcome on board! For our training center, we are looking for committed Medical Instructors from the nursing profession. You will train Cabin Crew Members and pilots in our training rooms and in aircraft mockups, preparing them practically for medical emergencies.

Tasks ###

With us, you will design training that makes a real difference in an emergency. You will work in a motivated team that lives professionalism, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for aviation.

• Implementation of license-relevant medical topics for flying personnel regarding the care of passengers with health problems
• Conveying medical basic and specialized knowledge in the classroom
• Instruction of practical exercises in the medical mockup to ensure realistic training and targeted preparation for medical emergencies on board
• Participation in the creation of course concepts for the continuous improvement of lessons

Requirements ###

• Completed training in the healthcare sector (dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH) or an equivalent qualification - supplemented by corresponding professional experience. Nursing diplomas obtained abroad must be recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK).
• A noticeable affinity for aviation and interest in transferring medical knowledge to the aviation context
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing as well as confident use of MS Office
• Experience in adult education is a plus, but not a requirement
• High level of initiative as well as a goal-oriented approach
• Flexibility for evening or weekend shifts
