Your main responsibilities Ensure the complete administrative follow-up of building permit files. Carry out publications related to the public inquiry of construction files. Verify the conformity of execution documents and the work carried out. Carry out site inspections within the communal territory. Advise owners and mandataries on applicable procedures and requirements. Ensure tasks pertaining to the construction police. Issue occupancy or operating permits after checking the necessary documents. Your profile CFC as a building draftsman, in civil engineering, mason-foreman or equivalent training. Federal certificate or ES diploma in the field of construction or civil engineering. Professional experience in the field of construction and spatial planning. Good knowledge of building permit procedures and applicable legal bases. Good mastery of IT and office tools. Very good mastery of French and good writing skills.
