Altrajob is supporting its client, a company specializing in office automation and IT solutions. In order to complete the current team, we are looking for a:

IT Maintenance Technician M/F

>>> Your missions will be:

• Receive customer requests for office machines, copiers, multifunction printers (after-sales service, maintenance, installation, assembly)
• Receive machines to handle breakdowns (or go directly to the client site)
• Perform repair and maintenance work
• Install machines at customer sites
• Prepare, if necessary, additional quotes
• Write and transmit your intervention reports
• Provide advice to the customer regarding the use and/or proper functioning of the machine

>>> Your profile:

Holding a CFC in a technical field (mechanics, electronics, electricity or equivalent), you benefit from at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (repair and maintenance of office machines, copiers, multifunction printers, etc.).

You hold a category B driver's license in order to be able to use the vehicle that will be entrusted to you (possibility of using it personally as well).

You demonstrate flexibility, organization, and a sense of responsibility.

Finally, you possess good interpersonal skills, master IT tools (MS Office and Adobe) and German.
