Digital Workplace Business Engineer

In the Swisscom Digital Workspace team, you will actively help shape the internal workplace for over 25'000 employees. Together with architecture, engineering, and security, you will further develop modern workplace solutions and contribute your sound technical know-how from analysis through conception to implementation. In doing so, you will evaluate technical requirements, architectural specifications, security aspects, and user needs and combine them into sustainable and scalable solutions.

• Technical further development of the internal workplace in close cooperation with architecture, engineering, and security
• Analysis, evaluation, and prioritization of technical requirements as well as coordination of implementation with Product Owners and engineering teams
• Development of technical solution designs including architecture, security, and compliance aspects
• Performance of risk analyses, derivation of technical measures, and support of their implementation
• Assumption of technical, strategic, and conceptual tasks in the workplace environment
• Level-appropriate communication with internal stakeholders

Your Skills

• Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in computer science or equivalent degree including professional experience
• Several years of experience in the conception, implementation, and further development of modern workplace solutions
• Strength in project management of large and complex IT projects
• Sound knowledge of workplace architectures, endpoint management, and security fundamentals
• Experience in the analysis of technical requirements and the development of solution architectures
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and system integration is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of thinking with high technical affinity
• Experience in collaborating with architecture, engineering, and security teams
• Routine in the use of tools with artificial intelligence as well as interest in new technologies and innovations
• Very good German and English
