IT Supporter 1st Level (56374)

Task For our customer we are looking for an experienced IT Supporter. In this role, you will support employees in First Level Support with various user questions regarding Microsoft Office and Windows. You will process support requests, reset passwords for various specialist applications, and undertake the installation as well as the replacement of IT workplace components such as PCs, monitors, and printers. In addition, you will support the System Engineers with various tasks in ongoing IT operations.
