You are responsible for the personnel, organizational, and business management of the company. An important focus of your tasks lies in the management of demanding projects in the field of heating and building technology, from the preparation of offers through to planning and implementation, as well as quality and cost control. Furthermore, you are responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining existing relationships with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers. A solid technical education in the field of

heating or building technology

is required, ideally supplemented by further higher education (HF, federal diploma, or master craftsman diploma) as well as business management knowledge. You have several years of experience in the heating industry and in managing corresponding projects, as well as initial or already solid leadership experience, for example as a team leader, department head, or deputy. Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, organizational skills, and a confident manner in customer contact are further important personal requirements. In addition, you convince as a leader who leads their employees with clear goals, drive, and a positive attitude.
