AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Competent advice to customers in our showroom or via online advisory tool
• Application of the planning software Winner, creation of offers, perspectives and plans
• Creation of order confirmations, execution/installation plans and invoices
• Processing of orders and reorders
• Project support for the kitchens sold by you from A-Z

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in kitchen planning as well as high sales and customer orientation
• Ideally completed vocational training in the construction industry
• Confident in dealing with end customers and construction managers
• Sympathetic appearance in direct customer contact
• Solution-oriented action and entrepreneurial thinking
• Understanding of upstream and downstream processes
