HEAD OF PREOPERATIVE ANESTHESIA PROCESSES 80 – 100% (m/f/d)
With over 20 doctors, the Clinic for Anesthesia, Intensive Care and Pain Therapy (KAIS) provides anesthesiological, intensive care, and pain therapy care at the Hirslanden Klinik St. in Luzern. To further develop our preoperative patient care, we are building a new, central process for the structured preparation of our patients. The goal is to further increase the quality and efficiency of the preoperative assessment and to optimally support our anesthesiologists during premedication. For this exciting development phase, we are looking for an engaged personality with organizational talent, medical expertise, and enjoyment in process design, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
Assumption of leadership and process responsibility
Responsibility for the coordination and continuous development of preoperative patient preparation
Active collaboration in the preoperative preparation of our patients
Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist departments of the Hirslanden Klinik St.
Ensuring professional and target-group-oriented communication with patients, doctors, and other stakeholders
Creating evaluations, key figures, and presentations to monitor and optimize the preoperative processes

Your profile
Networked-thinking leadership personality with medical training (MPA, Dipl. Experte:in Anästhesiepflege / Notfallpflege NDS HF, dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF)
Strong organizational skills as well as enjoyment in optimizing processes
Good knowledge of practice and clinic information systems as well as very good MS-Office skills
Communicative and cheerful personality with a high service orientation
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Networked and forward-looking thinking with a pragmatic solution orientation
