• Lead the Investment Controlling area in terms of tasks, organization, and personnel, primarily in German, but also in French
• Ensure and coordinate timely project controlling (estimates, credit, financing, contract and accounting) as well as establish and monitor financial quality standards
• Support branch management and project managers in the area of investment controlling, cost planning and monitoring of the project portfolio, as well as in procurement
• Act as the main responsible partner in the investment controlling and accounting departments towards the headquarters
• Be responsible for the long-term planning of financial needs and the creation of the investment programs for the national highways of the branch
• Take primary responsibility for creating the investment programs and the controlling reports

What makes you unique

• Degree as a Bauingenieur/-in ETH / FH and good business administration knowledge or an equivalent education in business administration with corresponding knowledge in the construction sector
• Several years of professional experience in project management, especially in the areas of financial planning, controlling, cost and credit management as well as accounting
• Experience in personnel leadership
• High social competence, teamwork skills, decisive and high assertiveness
• Sense for the essentials, overview, ability to abstract
• Good active language skills in at least one second official language
