Financial Accountant (m/f/d) (Temporary) For a renowned industrial company with its headquarters in the Liechtenstein/Rheintal area, we are looking for immediate support in accounting to ensure ongoing daily business and to guarantee smoothness in the finance department. Temporary (approx. 6 months, option for extension) Location: Schaan, Liechtenstein. Main tasks • Operational daily business: Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable including master data maintenance, posting and entry via the accounts payable workflow (BLP) • Payment transactions & dunning management: Processing of all payment transactions, posting of customer payments as well as support of the dunning and collection process • Closings & reporting: Support and participation in the monthly, half-yearly and annual financial statements according to OR / Swiss GAAP FER • Banks & expenses: Posting and reconciliation of all bank accounts as well as processing of expense and credit card statements via Yokoy • Special tasks: Preparation of tax returns (including VAT settlement and withholding tax), deputy for the Senior Accountant and taking over the Key User role in SAP • Projects: Active participation in process optimization and digitalization projects (including S/4HANA) Qualifications Your profile • Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting or comparable) • Good knowledge of the accounting standard according to OR / Swiss GAAP (sufficient Swiss accounting knowledge is mandatory) • Sound user knowledge in SAP is mandatory; experience with Yokoy is an advantage • Independent, structured and resilient personality who is able to act quickly even under time pressure • Fluent German skills, good English skills.
