You have solid experience in the automotive spare parts sector or equivalent and understand the challenges of a profit center oriented towards performance and customer satisfaction. You combine a sense of commerce, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong results orientation. You know how to analyze key performance indicators and make decisions that allow for the sustainable development of the activity. Organized, autonomous, and pragmatic, you manage priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of demand. You master modern management tools (ERP, CRM, Excel). You have an excellent oral and written command of French. Knowledge of German is an additional asset in this bilingual region. Your role: Take command of our Fribourg branch and ensure its human, commercial, and financial performance. Supervise, support, and develop a team of 16 employees by creating a motivating, demanding, and customer-oriented working environment. Develop the commercial activity of the branch, set the course, steer objectives, and implement the necessary actions for their achievement. Ensure the management and profitability of the profit center by following key indicators and identifying levers for improvement and growth. Guarantee the operational excellence of the branch: stock availability, service quality, logistical efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
