Your profile:
Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or as a FaGe, recognized by the SRK
Good German skills in speaking and writing
Joy in working in an upbeat team and an appreciative environment
Empathy, warmth, and respect in dealing with our residents
Organizational skills and good PC skills
Your tasks in the day shift:
Responsibility and coordination of the operational daily business
Direct nursing services and active participation in the nursing process
Accompanying residents and relatives in crisis situations
Promoting a family-like atmosphere and supporting the implementation of the mission statement
Your tasks in the night watch team:
Ensuring nursing care during the night
Monitoring the well-being of the residents and performing nursing measures
Documentation and communication of nursing services and special occurrences
Collaboration with the day shift to ensure a smooth transition
