Your tasks

• Co-shaping the development and expansion of the nursing service position
• Organization and coordination of nursing processes
• Support of the agogic team in treatment care
• Professional care of the clients according to individual needs
• Promotion of internal interdisciplinary cooperation
• Ensuring complete documentation and reporting
• Ensuring exchange with external institutions

Your profile

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• Good oral and written German skills
• Organizational talent with an exact way of working
• Independent and self-responsible way of working
