Respectful and committed with head, heart and hand - that is what sumia stands for. In our aged care center in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers are committed daily with passion for the well-being of our residents.

Your area of activity

• Co-responsibility for the care and support of 19 people suffering from dementia
• Participation in needs-based classification (RAI-LTCF)
• Participation in specialist groups such as Palliative Care, Dementia, Kinesthetics
• Participation in work with relatives
• Taking on daily responsibility

Your profile

• Completed nursing training HF or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and proactive personality with high quality thinking
• You are characterized by empathy and social competence
• Enjoyment of an interesting field of tasks in a lively environment
