• Ensure stable and secure operation of the central specialist applications of the sport centers Magglingen and Tenero
• Analyze and resolve malfunctions, develop workarounds, and monitor availability, performance, and recoverability of the applications
• Plan and coordinate releases and changes, as well as participate in the specification, testing, and introduction of further developments
• Record and concretize functional requirements from operations and coordinate their implementation with specialist departments, IT, and external partners
• Support users with questions regarding applications and processes and coordinate cooperation with internal and external bodies
• Ensure data quality, interfaces, and operational documentation, and implement requirements for data protection and information security

What makes you unique

• University degree in the field of computer science or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in application management in a complex environment as well as good knowledge of Application and Service Operation
• Experience in incident, change, and release management as well as understanding of software architecture, interfaces, and information security
• Analytical thinking, high degree of independence, and the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner even in the event of malfunctions and differing requirements
• Active knowledge of two official languages as well as good English skills
