The Roggenhausen wildlife park, founded in 1903, is considered the "most beautiful deer park in Switzerland" and is a popular destination for young and old.

From the summer of 2026, the Roggenhausen restaurant will shine with a new brilliance. With seasonal specialties and regional classics, the restaurant invites you to savor and relax.

In summer, our restaurant opens its doors; for this, we need a solid team and you as:

Cook (80%-100%)

Mittelland region (AG, SO), 80% to 100%, permanent position, start date to be agreed

Your tasks:

• Mise en place for the preparation of dishes
• Preparation of à la carte and banquet dishes
• Fast and clean work
• Efficient work with little waste
• Maintaining the cleanliness of one's workstation
• Cleaning work according to the cleaning plan/HACCP
• Stock control and timely notification in case of shortage, transmission of necessary orders to the head chef or the deputy head chef
• Support for other workstations in the kitchen as needed
• Other tasks according to the instructions of the superior

• Completed training as a cook
• Initial professional experience in gastronomy
