We wish to recruit a Machining Process Engineer 100% - Permanent Position - 2 open positions Mission: ## • You work in close collaboration with the production teams in order to achieve continuous improvement objectives in terms of quality, productivity, and flow performance. • You analyze the capacities of existing equipment and are a force for proposal to optimize their use, improve their reliability, and develop new processes. • You drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, from the analysis phase to the implementation of robust standards, relying on recognized methodologies (Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.). • You write, structure, and deploy work instructions according to TWI standards, ensuring their appropriation by the operational teams. • You collaborate with the various departments (production, quality, methods, R&D, sales) in order to meet customer requirements and project needs. • You take charge of the complete development of new machining processes, notably within the framework of prototype projects or small series with high added value. • You program and optimize CNC machines for the machining of technical materials (notably sapphire), guaranteeing industrial feasibility, repeatability, and part quality. • You define machining strategies, process parameters, tooling, and manufacturing methods adapted to customer requirements. • You are responsible for the development of processes, from the first trials to industrial validation. • You drive process development projects from A to Z: need analysis, feasibility study, trials, validation, industrialization. • You are the main technical interlocutor on prototype projects and ensure coordination between internal and external stakeholders. • You provide concrete and innovative solutions allowing to meet the high technical requirements of our customers. • As a process expert, you carry out and drive feasibility and industrialization studies on specific or custom products. • You contribute actively to the resolution of complex problems in production (quality, capability, process drifts, etc.) Profile ## • Multipurpose Technician diploma or Engineer in mechanics or title deemed equivalent • Technical training in machining mandatory • Polymécanicien/ne professional experience mandatory • Good knowledge in industrialization and optimization of machining processes • Confirmed experience in continuous improvement of production processes • A Lean/Six Sigma certification or training is an asset • Unifying spirit and excellent communication skills • Analytical and synthesis spirit, structured and methodical approach • Proactive, force for proposal and solution-oriented • Good level of English (minimum B2) Your interlocutor: ## Your contact for this position is Leila.
