As a commercial assistant, you support our vehicle salespeople throughout the sales process and ensure that everything works perfectly behind the scenes. From the preparation and presentation of vehicles to test drives, vehicle deliveries, and organizational tasks, you are an important support for our sales team and our customers.

Your tasks:

• You support the sales team in administrative and organizational tasks throughout the sales process and ensure impeccable order processing
• You accompany the sales process from the test drive to the delivery of the vehicle and coordinate the necessary procedures and documents
• You take charge of returned leasing vehicles, process customer requests, and ensure complete and correct documentation as well as the management of documents relating to vehicles and sales
• You support planning in daily operations, coordinate vehicle movements, and assume their replacement in case of absence
• You welcome our clientele on the vehicle lot and in the showroom, coordinate test drives, and help with the professional presentation and explanation of the vehicles
• You actively support the sales team approximately 12 to 18 Saturdays per year during test drives, customer reception, vehicle presentations, and explanations, ensuring a professional course of customer contact

What you bring:

• You have a commercial training EFZ or training in the automotive field
• You have initial professional experience in customer contact, the sales field, or the automotive industry and you enjoy the combination of administration, vehicles, and customer service
• You are proficient in MS Office and common computer systems, work confidently with digital processes, and possess good and fast ten-finger typing skills
• You have a good basic technical understanding of vehicles
• You like to work independently and are used to giving your best every day for the team
• You like working in a team, are helpful, reliable, and contribute to a motivating work atmosphere with your good mood
• You are resilient, flexible, and keep a cool head even in stressful moments, while showing initiative and a willingness to learn to advance your professional and personal development
• You have a great sense of organization, think and plan your tasks in an anticipatory, efficient, and structured manner
• You possess a valid category B driver's license and feel comfortable with different types of vehicles
