The Swatch Business Unit is responsible for the development, production, assembly and delivery of watch heads for the brands Swatch and Flik Flak. In our Plant 18 in Grenchen, state-of-the-art technologies are used to manufacture the various dials of these attractive products.

Your future areas of responsibility

• Leadership, motivation and further development of the quality assurance team
• Overall responsibility for quality management (development, project, production and customer quality)
• Definition, implementation and monitoring of testing and release processes
• Analysis of quality KPIs and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
• Active participation in product and process optimizations in close cooperation with production, development and project management
• Implementation and/or monitoring of internal audits of the site (5S, process, workplace, product) and monitoring the implementation of the necessary measures.
• Controlling the processing of non-conformities at the site
• Creating the quality reports of the site (CNQ...) and tracking deviations from the goals
• Leading the metrology department on site (calibration, approval...)
• Training and sensitization of employees regarding quality-relevant topics
• Participation in supplier assessment by evaluating the quality aspect of deliveries

Your skills and competencies

• Technical basic training with further training as a technician HF / engineer FH
• Experience in the field of plastics technology (injection molding process) is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in the field of quality
• Excellent knowledge of quality instruments
• Several years of experience in leadership
• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Reliable personality with strong teamwork skills as well as the necessary assertiveness for the successful implementation of tasks and goals

Languages

Very good German and/or French skills with good knowledge of the respective other language, English skills are a great advantage
