For our client, a renowned company in the construction sector in the Bern region, we are currently looking for support in accounts receivable. The position of qualified accounts receivable clerk 80-100% serves to support the existing finance team due to an internal change. The start of the position is immediate or by agreement (start also possible in January or February 2027) and must be filled within a Try&Hire model.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You are responsible for the accounting and control of different payment flows as well as guaranteeing correct financial accounting
• You autonomously process receipts, bank movements, refunds and payment discrepancies and ensure a complete reconciliation of accounts
• Accounts receivable management includes monitoring open receivables, reminders as well as the processing of collection and debt enforcement cases
• You support analyses, controls and reporting with high data quality and actively participate in process improvements as well as system adaptations

You offer your new employer:

• You have basic commercial training followed by specific complementary training in finance or equivalent
• You have several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in-depth in the field of accounts receivable
• You already have experience with the ERP software SAP, initial experience in reconciliation is an advantage
• As an employee, you are service-oriented and communicative and master German orally and in writing
