Building Project Manager - Transformation
Engineering/Technical Diploma in Building
Recognized experience in Switzerland as a Project Manager (at least 8 years)
Experience on Transformation/Renovation structural work projects
Reliable and consistent leader/manager
Solution-oriented and excellent communicator
Willingness to commit long-term and advance the existing team and the company.
Development of the technical organization of the construction site - Methods - Planning - Tenders from suppliers and subcontractors
Management of prevention, safety, and environmental actions on the construction site
Technical execution of the construction site in close connection with our site teams
Development and monitoring of additional offers and estimates
Administrative management of the construction site
Management of teams (Site Manager..)
Budgetary management of the construction site
