Your tasks

• Pre-select application dossiers as well as prepare interviews with candidates
• Actively participate in daily HR work
• Optimize processes, collect and prepare ideas on HR topics
• Support HR in projects (e.g. Business Media, corporate culture, change projects)
• Handle administrative activities related to the employment of employees

Your profile

• In preparation for a Bachelor/ Master degree in BWL or BSc Betriebsökonomie
• Interest in working with people as well as enjoyment of operational and conceptual tasks
• Networked thinking and good analytical skills
• Good Excel skills and a confident handling of numbers and data
• Stylistically proficient German in speaking and writing, French skills an advantage
