In this role you will lead a shift with up to 6 people independently and ensure a smooth production process. you will prepare injection molds and raw materials and set up our injection molding machines correctly. you will monitor the ongoing production and ensure that quality, deadlines, and productivity are met at all times. you will take responsibility for an efficient and safe operation during your shift. Your profile – more than just technical expertise you bring experience as an equipment operator in the plastics industry. you have a basic training as a polymechanic, plastics technologist or a comparable technical training. you work independently, reliably, and keep a clear overview even in hectic situations. you think in a solution-oriented way and take on responsibility with pleasure. you convince through quality awareness, team spirit, and a careful approach to work. you are willing to work in shift operation.
