Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of persons whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their life process.

In order to complete our support teams, we are looking for the following profile for our establishment in Yvonand and Yverdon-les-Bains which welcomes 75 Persons, specialized in geriatrics:

Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common goal, that of supporting Persons on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy according to the aedis model "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to promote their well-being and their quality of life.

As a CRS health care assistant, you support Persons in their daily lives (acts of daily living, social activities, spiritual activities, housekeeping) while ensuring the preservation of their autonomy and taking into account the support project. You contribute to a safe and friendly atmosphere. You participate in the support project of the Person by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate in interprofessionality and adapt your practices to the needs of each Person and participate in the implementation of individualized support.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You have a Red Cross certificate or a title deemed equivalent and have experience in accommodation
• Interest in the daily support of elderly persons
• Sense of observation, listening and empathy
• Flexible, capacity for adaptation and sense of organization
• Communication, team spirit and capacity for self-reflection
• Good command of French and usual IT tools (Carefolio)
• Driver's license and private vehicle
