Your responsibilities

• Welcome and assist each customer in a personalized manner.
• Achieve commercial objectives by applying appropriate sales techniques.
• Propose coordinated outfits adapted to customer needs.
• Anticipate expectations to enrich the average basket and increase turnover.
• Promote products, especially new trends, and personalize the customer experience.
• Actively promote the loyalty program.
• Ensure a flattering presentation of our products and good stock management.
• Participate in commercial operations to support store activity.
• Participate in the reception and storage of delivered goods.
• Ensure the management of fitting rooms and guarantee their proper functioning.
• Perform operations related to the RFID system for item management.
• Respect and apply security and safety rules in the store.
• Be able to perform ancillary operations related to the cash register.

• You are a proactive person, with good interpersonal skills and a true passion for fashion. You are motivated by the idea of contributing to the success of the team and the store.
• You possess an excellent sense of customer service and welcoming.
• With experience in sales, ideally in the fashion sector, you master sales techniques, outfit coordination, and personalized advice to maximize turnover.
• Possessing a curious and dynamic spirit, you seek to work in a stimulating environment that will offer you career development perspectives.
• You possess basic knowledge of the fashion and ready-to-wear sector.
• You master merchandising techniques: implementation, signage, replenishment.
• You are comfortable with digital tools and internal software related to the function.
• You know how to work in a team, demonstrate autonomy and initiative.
