Construction Methods Project Manager

This position consists of designing and optimizing execution methods for complex construction projects, from the analysis of tenders to technical support on site.

Tasks

• Analyze tender documents to evaluate feasibility, constraints, risks, and opportunities
• Design execution methods, phasing, and 2D/3D site logistics principles
• Identify critical points and propose variants to optimize technical solutions, deadlines, and costs
• Support operational teams in the preparation and execution of construction sites
• Provide technical support in solving complex problems
• Capitalize on feedback to improve methods and technical standards

Profile

• Higher education in civil engineering, construction, or an equivalent field (EPF, HES)
• Proven experience in construction methods or preparation of complex projects
• Solid understanding of construction processes from Structural Engineering to All Trades works
• Confirmed mastery of professional tools AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Tilos
• Knowledge of BIM/4D tools such as Synchro or Bexel is an asset
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset
