Become part of it too and apply as a Specialist BVG Benefits.     What you do   • You check and assess benefit claims in cases of incapacity for work based on regulatory foundations. • You obtain medical documents, powers of attorney, and insurance files, assess medical facts, and initiate the necessary steps in the benefit process. • You coordinate cooperation with daily sickness benefit, accident, and social insurers as well as other internal and external stakeholders and check the need for case management measures. • You actively manage your benefit cases through the entire process, determine revisions and follow-ups, and ensure their timely processing. • You advise the insured, employers, as well as internal and external partners by telephone and in writing and ensure customer-oriented, transparent, and timely case processing.     What you bring   • Commercial training, further training as a Social Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) is an advantage • You already have experience within the 2nd pillar, experience in claims processing is an advantage • Affinity in handling various IT applications • High service and customer orientation • Native language in French     Your contact   Talent Acquisition Consultant: Eleni Bourtzakis +41 44 628 20 51     Additional information   Part-time or full-time: 80-100% Work location: Oerlikon, Zürich Hybrid working: 40% I-REMOTE   We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
