What you do You supervise a team, define individual and collective objectives, and support the professional development of your employees, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement You develop and manage relationships with key brokers in the West region, implementing growth strategies and monitoring key performance indicators You coordinate flows between the Broker Account Management Persona Line (BAMPL) and Entry Point teams to ensure efficient and quality service You contribute to commercial planning, monitoring portfolio profitability, and promoting Zurich solutions to brokers You actively participate in digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with Zurich standards regarding compliance and data protection What you bring Higher education in economics, management, insurance, or equivalent, ideally supplemented by a certification in the insurance field Proven experience in broker management and team management, with demonstrated skills in coaching and performance steering Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and CRM/digital tools Excellent communication skills, an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, and a spirit of initiative Proficiency in French and a good knowledge of German and/or English as an important asset Your contact Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Manuela Trezzini () Additional information This position is available part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%.
