Anchored in our in-house medical and prevention practice on-site, you will actively expand psychosocial counseling as a fixed offering. Accompany employees confidentially and holistically from a single source – a meaningful task with a lot of creative freedom.
This is where you will shine
You advise and accompany employees confidentially regarding mental, psychosocial, and personal challenges
You recognize support needs early and coordinate professional triage to internal and external specialist centers
You work closely with the health team as well as other relevant contact persons
You actively help shape the further development of our health management, placing a special focus on the promotion of mental health
You ensure seamless and professional documentation in compliance with the highest data protection, confidentiality, and quality standards
These are the required skills
Completed studies in the field of psychology, social work, or social pedagogy with several years of experience in psychosocial counseling and crisis intervention
Good knowledge of the Swiss health and social system
Strong counseling, communication, and social competence paired with high empathy and compassion
Absolute trustworthiness, high sensitivity in handling confidential health data, as well as an independent, precise, and team-oriented way of working
Fluent German and good English skills as well as proficiency in using common MS Office applications
