For a timber construction company in Uster, we are looking for a female Construction Manager or a male Construction Manager as well as a female Junior Construction Manager or a male Junior Construction Manager. The company has been planning and realizing individual timber constructions, new buildings, conversions, renovations, and refurbishments for over 35 years. Value creation should remain in the region. Start immediately.

Your tasks

• Independent organizational processing of demanding construction projects
• Coordination between architecture, customers, contractors, and authorities
• Accompanying projects from beginning to end
• Responsibility for costs and deadlines
• Cooperation within the project team with short distances between meeting and planning

Your profile

• Fascination for wood as a material
• Training as an architect HTL, structural draughtsman, federal diploma Construction Manager, or construction supervisor
• Basic training as a carpenter or draughtsman specializing in architecture is an advantage
• Practice in planning and execution
• Solution-oriented, committed, team player
• Diligence, organizational talent, sense of responsibility, communication skills
