As a proactive personality and team player, you will ensure the smooth processing of ongoing financial processes, from accounts receivable and accounts payable to participating in monthly and annual financial statements. In addition, you will take on the role of Finance Super-User for our ERP system. This allows you to specifically contribute your expertise to exciting projects and make a difference.

Finance Clerk (80 % - 100 %)

Your area of responsibility

• Maintaining the general ledger from monthly balance sheet account reconciliation to the processing of VAT returns for Switzerland and Germany
• Independent management and administration of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as fixed asset accounting
• Participating in the preparation of monthly reporting
• Contributing to the further development and digitalization of financial accounting processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training EFZ; ideally further training in accounting (Clerk or similar)
• Professional experience in accounting
• Independent organization of the work environment, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Charming and constructive assertiveness for compliance with statutory requirements
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing; oral French skills are an advantage.
