Tasks

• You manage the department operationally according to business principles and implement the defined company and market performance processes
• You promote and develop the employees, including the implementation of employee and holiday planning as well as horizontal development (TOJ)
• You ensure compliance with internal and legal QS and ASIB guidelines as well as implementation of internal regulations and instructions
• You maintain the information and communication flow within the department, the market, and to MCM
• You build a network of relationships with our customers
• You are responsible for daily sales readiness and product presentation, the implementation of sales activities according to annual sales planning, and ensuring product availability

Requirements

• You already have leadership experience and bring several years of experience in a comparable function
• You enjoy active customer contact
• You are proficient with the MS Office suite
• You are enthusiastic about new challenges
• You speak flawless German
• It is an advantage if you already have forklift and/or pallet jack training (SUVA standard)
