Your area of responsibility

• Technical and personnel leadership of a small manufacturing team
• Manufacturing and programming: Production of high-precision individual parts as well as independent creation of programs using CAM systems (preferably Mastercam)
• Conventional machining: Operation of conventional machines if required
• Ensuring an extremely high level of accuracy through the use of modern measuring and testing equipment
• Development perspective: Optional, gradual takeover of the entire workshop management upon mutual success

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as well as preferably further training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician HF, Industrial Master, or a comparable qualification
• Completed vocational training as a Polymecanic EFZ
• Around 10 years of sound professional experience in CNC machining, ideally supplemented by initial leadership experience
• Confident handling of CAM systems (preferably Mastercam) as well as the ability to operate conventional machines
• Strong communication, flexible and team-oriented personality with a high orientation towards quality, who feels comfortable in a small company
