Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/DNII 80-100% Your tasks Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 36 nursing guests and 13 apartments with Spitex services Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees Planning and leading of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes Leadership and control of nursing reports, professional nursing discussions and semester reporting Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts Active participation in the further development of nursing services in the operation Holistic care and nursing of guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Assumption of tasks as daily responsibility and contact person for nursing Assumption of tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile Completed training as a Dipl.
