For the Institut Mouvement, Sport et Santé (IBSG-PHSG), we are looking for a PhD student starting from 1 February 2027 or by agreement for the international research project « Core Practices (CP) in Physical Education, Teacher Education, and Continuing Professional Development (CP4PE) ».

CP4PE is a collaborative project funded as part of SNF-DFG-WEAVE between the PHSG and the universities of Augsburg, Potsdam and Hamburg.   • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English for international collaboration and scientific publication

  • Teaching diploma and experience as a physical education teacher desired

We offer you an interesting and stimulating activity within an ambitious and internationally connected research team. You will work in close collaboration with researchers from several university sites and experts in sports didactics and educational research. The contract is limited to three years and subject to cantonal employment conditions. If suitable, an extension after the end of the project is possible.
