Plant Operator 3-4 Shift Operation

Plant Operator in 3-4 shift operation (m/w/d) We are looking for our client, a renowned company in the Hochdorf (LU) region, immediately or by agreement, a motivated and reliable personality as a machine operator. Your tasks: • Control and troubleshooting of semi- and fully automated assembly plants. • Ensuring product quality through consistent implementation of quality controls according to the test plan. • Compliance with cleanliness standards through professional cleaning of plants and the work environment. • GMP-compliant documentation of order processing, including management of production files and event logs. Qualifications Your profile: • Experience: You have long-term professional experience as a machine operator, ideally in plastics processing (including automation). • Expertise: Cleanroom experience and basic PC skills round out your profile. • Languages: You have very good German language skills in word and writing (mandatory for documentation). • Way of working: An exact, independent way of working as well as a quick grasp characterize you. • Flexibility: You have experience in 3-shift operation and are willing to work in a 4-shift model. • Physicality: You are physically resilient and appreciate team work.
