To strengthen our Technical Training Team, we are creating an additional position as Technical Trainer 100 %. Together with another Technical Trainer, you will be the central contact person for Technical Training in Switzerland and ensure that our participants are always up to date with vehicle technology. What you can be proud of:

• Planning, organization and implementation of technical training for employees of our workshops and customers
• Building and further development of the training organization in Switzerland
• Creation and maintenance of rolling training plans
• Close cooperation with the international Technical Training Teams, especially in our neighboring countries and Sweden
• Support and administration of the Volvo training system «Navigator»
• Creation and further development of technical training documents and training materials
• Responsibility for the training rooms as well as the required training infrastructure

Your backpack:

• Completed basic technical training in the automotive sector as well as further training at least at the level of Automobil-Diagnostiker:in Nutzfahrzeuge or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical environment
• Didactic skill as well as enjoyment in conveying technical knowledge in an understandable, practical and target-group-oriented manner, as well as a confident appearance before groups
• Independent, structured and organized way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• Good MS-Office skills as well as interest in digital learning platforms
• Willingness to travel within Europe
