Sawmill Machinist (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Collaboration in the shift operation of a modern sawmill
• Ensuring a trouble-free production process
• Operation, control and monitoring of production and processing equipment
• Performance of quality controls on wood products
• Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality specifications
• Rectification of minor malfunctions as well as support during maintenance work
• Flexible collaboration in various production areas
• Processing and treatment of wood according to specified standards
• Documentation of relevant production data in the systems
• Secure handling of PC-controlled machines and equipment

Your Profile ###

• Completed basic training as a wood industry specialist, sawyer, woodworker, carpenter, forestry worker or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in wood processing or industrial production is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in modern production facilities
• Readiness to work in shift operation
• Reliable, independent and responsible way of working
• High flexibility and resilience even in hectic situations
• Team-oriented personality with a pronounced awareness of quality
• Experience in handling wood and its processing
• Basic PC skills for the operation and monitoring of the equipment
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
