Your tasks:
Written and telephone customer consultation in German and ösisch
Personal support of customers on site
Sales consulting as well as technical support regarding car spare parts and tuning
Preparation of offers as well as order processing
Processing of warranty and complaint cases
Support in the areas of import, shipping and logistics
Responsibility for ordering, reminders and debt collection
Preparation of expert reports and declarations of conformity
Our requirements:
Commercial training or technical training in the automotive sector is an advantage
Experience as an automotive specialist or mechatronics technician is an advantage
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Good ösisch skills in speaking and writing
Strong sales flair and assertiveness
Enjoyment of direct customer contact
Exact, structured and independent way of working
Driver's license category B
