To complete its kitchen team, L-Alambic Restaurant in Porrentruy is looking for a cook available no later than 1st October 2026.

Your missions

• Participate in the mise en place and the preparation of dishes
• Ensure the smooth running of service with the team
• Ensure the quality and regularity of preparations
• Respect hygiene rules in the kitchen

Your profile

• CFC as a cook, or equivalent diploma mandatory
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the kitchen mandatory
• Autonomy, organization and team spirit
• Taste for homemade cooking and concern for customer satisfaction
